The Mars Express High Resolution Stereo Camera (HRSC) will image the entire planet in full color, 3D and with a resolution of about 10 meters. Selected areas will be imaged at 2-metre resolution. One of the camera's greatest strengths will be the unprecedented pointing accuracy achieved by combining images at the two different resolutions.

RDRV4

Version 4 Reduced Data Records - The new version 4 (V4) of the HRSC radiometrically calibrated data set is being improved. New dark current corrections have been applied based on inflight measurements to account for aging of the filters. In addition, dark current corrections are only applied to illuminated portions of images where part of the image field-of-view is off the planet or moon. Artifacts in the data from interferences between sensors have been corrected. Version 4 RDR dataset has completed the replacement of the older version 3 of this dataset. [Note: The version 3 of the HRSC radiometrically calibrated data set (RDRV3) has been taken offline from the PDS Geosciences Node. It is available from NSSDCA.]

DTMRDR

Digital Terrain Models - The HRSC DTM data sets consist of ortho image versions of the nadir channel and the four color channel data. The data set also contains versions of stereo-derived topographical data referenced to a sphere and to the aeroid. A polar stereographic projection is used for the data from the polar regions and a sinusoidal projection is used for non-polar images.

PHOBOS

The data set contains high resolution images, DTMs, and mosaics made from the MEX HRSC images of Phobos. The IMAGE_MAP_PROJECTION object in the data product label includes the range of latitudes and longitudes, and center latitude and longitude. The products are not searchable using the ODE map interface. More information about HRSC PHOBOS products can be found in:

The ODE website complements the PDS Cartography and Imaging Sciences Discipline Node's Atlas website by providing cross mission and instrument searches for imaging and non-imaging data products.
