LMAG derived products include magnetic anomaly map, magnetic anomaly grid data, and 1D electrical conductivity structure data.
Magnetic anomaly map is a map of magnetic anomaly components and related quantities. Grid spacing is 1 degree in each direction. The files contain north-south, west-east, vertical components of the magnetic anomaly, their standard errors, and number of data used for the calculations of the magnetic anomaly components (9 components in total). Altitude is 100 km for MA_MAP data. Magnetic field data of nominal observation are used. Altitude is 30 km for MA_MAPOP data (Tsunakawa et al. 2014). Magnetic field data of optional observation are used.
Magnetic anomaly grid data are grid data of magnetic anomaly components and related quantities. Grid spacing is 1 degree in each direction. The files contain north-south, west-east, vertical components of the magnetic anomaly, their standard errors, and number of data used for the calculations of the magnetic anomaly components (9 components in total). Altitude is 100 km for MA_GD data. Magnetic field data of nominal observation are used. Altitude is 30 km for MA_GDOP data (Tsunakawa et al. 2014). Magnetic field data of optional observation are used.
1D electrical conductivity structure data are one dimensional structure of electrical conductivity. Depth and conductivity values are recorded. Magnetic field data of nominal observation are used.
