ODE Cart Request Status

This page is used to review the status of your cart request. The link to the page is provided on the order confirmation page and in the order confirmation email.

The page contents are updated as the order is processed. When the order is submitted, that status and request time are provided.

Once the order is fulfilled, the status shows that the order is complete, includes the fulfilled date and time, and the link to the download cart request page.

If you return to this page after the cart request has expired (7 days) and the order is no longer available for download, an explanation will be displayed instead of the link to the cart download page.
