The Radar System (RDRS) Altimeter Experiment Data Record (ALTEDR) data products contain the raw altimeter data returned from one orbit and the ancillary files necessary to understand the data.

RDRS ALTEDR product subdirectories have the following directory names:

Annnn_vv

where:

nnnn = a 4-digit decimal number denoting the Magellan Project-assigned orbit number

vv = the version number inherited from the original Full-Resolution BIDR (FBIDR) product to which the ALTEDR refer

In ODE, ALTEDR products, which include the files in the table below, have the following product IDs:

ALT0NNNN;VV

Within each ALTEDR product subdirectory, the following files appear. All files are .DAT unless otherwise identified, and all except the ERR file appear along with their corresponding PDS labels.
